Account Services Office
The Account Services Office was established to develop and maintain an environment of quality customer service for our guests. Representatives are available during regular business hours, as well as during hockey games and other Arena events. The Account Services Office is located in the Pavilion (to the right of the ticket windows). If you have any questions feel free to call (716) 855-4444 or toll free at 1-888-467-2273 and a representative will be available to assist you.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at Guest Services for most events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.
ATMs are available in the following locations:
Street Level in the Pavilion next to the ticket windows (Cash Court)
Outside Blue Zone Bar on the 100 Level near Aisle 4
South Food Court on the 100 Level near Aisle 16
Just past the Suite Level stairs on the 200 Level
West Food Court on the 300 Level near Aisle 2 and Aisle 13 by guest services.
Backstage passes are not available through First Niagara Center.
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. On Arena event days, business hours are 9:00a.m. through the end of the event (Sundays: 10:00a.m. through the end of the event). For your convenience, First Niagara Center's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office.
The camera policies are as follows:
Buffalo Sabres/Buffalo Bandits games: Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras (including digital) with long lenses provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods are NOT permitted.
Guests may only take photos from their seats, and are not permitted to use the "mouseholes" in the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the 200 level platforms and glass cut outs. For questions regarding camera policies for other First Niagara Center events, please call Account Services at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273).
Concerts/Events: The policy varies from show to show. Video/audio recorders are prohibited. If cameras are permitted, they are usually limited to 35mm, disposable or digital cameras. The camera policy for individual shows will be posted with the event information approximately 1 week prior to the show.
Adults wishing to bring children ages 3 and under into a Sabres game, free of charge, must stop at the Account Services Office on their way into the game. The Account Services Office will issue a child admittance pass for access into the game. This pass will not be for a seat, but allows the child to sit on an adult's lap. For other events the age limitation may vary. Please contact the Account Services Office for details.
Coat Check is only offered during Sabres games.
100 Level - Located just inside each entrance to the Lexus Club.
200 Level - Located at the concierge desk across from the west end elevators.

There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings in convenient locations for our guests' enjoyment. In-seat food and beverage service is available to Club Seat patrons on the 200 Level during Sabres games. All concession stands are wheelchair accessible. Concession assistants are available at each concession stand to assist all guests with visual impairments.
Outside food/drink are not allowed in First Niagara Center. However, there are a wide variety of food and drink options available to guest once inside.
We do accept Canadian currency at our Concessions and Sabres store.
Please send the Sabres Community Relations Department a letter on your organization's letterhead regarding the kind of assistance you are looking for and the date of the event. The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:
Regular season Buffalo Sabres games-there is a soft open 2 hours prior to the puck drop. This gives you access to the 100 level concessions, but not to the seating areas. 1 hour before the puck drop there is a full open and guests are then allowed into the seating areas.
Regular season Buffalo Bandits games- there is a soft open 1.5 hours prior to game time, and a full open 1 hour prior.
Concerts/Events generally have a full open 1 hour prior to show start time.
Dress Code Policy
During hockey games, the Lexus Club observes a business casual dress code.
Drinking fountains are located on all Levels and are wheelchair accessible.
Duplicate Seat Policy
First Niagara Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost, stolen, or left behind, please contact Account Services at (716) 855-4444.
Elevators are available for our Suite holders and handicapped patrons. These elevators are located in the Pavilion to the right behind the escalators nearest to Main Street. The elevator in the Pavilion stops at all Levels. The elevator located by the Security Office stops at all Levels except the 300 Level. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, First Niagara Center Representatives are available. All elevators are accessible to guests using wheelchairs, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones.
Emergency exits are located throughout the First Niagara Center and are clearly marked in red. First Niagara Center Representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.

Escalators are located at each end of the Pavilion, and will take you to the 100 Level seating, food courts, Labatt Blue Zone, Lexus Club, and merchandise stands. From the 100 Level, there are express escalators directly to the 300 Level.
Firearms / Weapons
Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted inside First Niagara Center or on it’s surrounding property at any time.
If you require first aid, please let an First Niagara Center Representative know, or go to either of the Guest Services locations (see below). The representative will escort you to the First Aid Room, which is located on the Ground Level by the Security Office.
Guest Services is located on the 100 Level (between Aisles 7 and 8) and on the 300 Level (between Aisles 13 and 14). Guest Services is there to assist you with any concern you may have. Guest Services opens one hour prior to the event and will remain open until one half-hour after the event ends.
Group Sales Information
Enjoy NHL hockey, NLL lacrosse, and family shows at First Niagara Center with your family, friends, co-workers, or organization. Your group can witness exciting events at First Niagara Center and enjoy big savings. It is never too early to place your group ticket order. The purpose of this random handbill policy is to ensure that all fans have the same chance of being first in line and avoid having to camp out. The way the policy works is as follows:
A handbill does not guarantee you a ticket or infer any type of priority seating, only a place in line.
First Niagara Center will issue a limited number of consecutively numbered handbills up until 1 day prior to the on-sale date.
One handbill per customer.
On the morning of the on sale, customers will line up 1 hour prior to the on sale time in numerical order. The customers will be reminded that the number on the handbill will have no bearing on their eventual place in line.
The handbill will be torn at the perforation and placed in a container.
Prior to the on sale, a customer from the line will reach into the container without viewing any of the other handbills and choose the beginning line up number. The number will be drawn in front of the general public.
The line will be arranged according to the random beginning number. The number chosen will become the first person served, and the numbers preceding that number will shift to the end of the handbill numbers. (For example, if 100 handbills are distributed and the random number drawn is #27, then #27 would be served first, followed by #28-#100. #1-#26 would be served after #100.)
Customers who did not receive the handbills must line up after all customers who possess handbills and will be serviced based on availability.
If any customer arrives later than one hour prior to the on sale start time, his/her spot will be forfeited and he/she must line up at the end of the line.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Harbour Club- 200 Level
Access to the 200 Level Harbour Club at Buffalo Sabres games is available exclusively to Suiteholders and 200 Club Seat holders.
We do not do straightforward ice rental, however, there are opportunities for youth teams to get ice time with a Buffalo Sabres group sales purchase. If you are interested, you can contact Ed Grudzinski at 716-855-4174.
Inclement Weather Policy
There may be instances when inclement weather affects events. Tickets will not be refunded for any event held as scheduled. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, First Niagara Center will announce policies and procedures at that time.

Labatt Blue Zone
The Labatt Blue Zone is centrally located on the 100 Level overlooking the Pavilion. The Labatt Blue Zone is made up of a bar with tables and a timeline of Sabres history. The bar will be open 2 hours prior to Sabres game time and will be offering a full bar, friendly service, and a great view of Downtown Buffalo. Food service is available in the adjacent food courts.
Access to the Lexus Club at Buffalo Sabres games is available exclusively to all Suite, and 200 Club Seat holders. Lexus Club Memberships are also available to other Season Ticket holders, and may be purchased through the Account Services Office.
Lost and Found
You may claim lost items or turn in found items at Account Services, located on the ground floor in the Pavilion. If you have misplaced something, please feel free to contact Account Services at (716) 855-4444.
The Suite Level at First Niagara Center contains 80 private luxury suites offering exclusive accommodations and an intimate atmosphere perfect for entertaining business associates, clients, friends, or family. Features of the Suite Level include: a private concourse with special parking access, concierge and in-suite dining services, and superior views of on-ice action. Parking for Suite and 200 Club Seat Season Ticket holders for Buffalo Sabres games is located in the First Niagara Center parking ramp (Illinois Street). Reserved season long parking is also available for Season Ticket holders. To purchase season long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. This parking is located in surface lots approximately 200 yards from the building (on Perry Street between Michigan Street and Mississippi Street). Please check the location on your parking pass or call the Account Services Office for detailed information.
Parking is available on a limited game-to-game basis in both the First Niagara Center parking ramp and surface lots. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The First Niagara Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all Levels next to the elevators.
There are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with First Niagara Center or the Buffalo Sabres).
The Party Suite is located on the suite level in the First Niagara Center. The Party Suite features an exclusive setting for special occasions such as sales meetings, birthdays, holidays, parties, or reunions. The Party Suite experience also offers meal and beverage packages, a personal suite attendant, an optional wet bar upgrade, and a great view of the action. First Niagara Center reserves the right to deny entry to any person or persons that are in possession of an item(s) that First Niagara Center management deems inappropriate. These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to the First Niagara Center. Items not permitted inside the First Niagara Center include, but are not limited to, the following:

Other prohibited items may vary depending on event. These items may include cameras or video / audio recording devices.
The Arena is conveniently located on 2 major bus routes and on the NFTA’s Metro Rail rapid transit system, which services the city of Buffalo.
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at First Niagara Center.
Restrooms are located throughout the concourses. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have baby-changing tables. In addition, wheelchair accessible unisex restrooms are available as follows:
100 Level between Aisles 7 and 8
200 Level between Aisles 15 and 16
300 Level between Aisles 12 and 13
The Sabres Store, located in the east end of the Pavilion, offers the world’s largest selection of Buffalo Sabres merchandise, including jerseys, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more for both adult, youth, and infants. The Sabres Store also carries exclusive Buffalo Sabres merchandise such as game worn jerseys, hockey equipment, and limited edition collectibles. Assistance from First Niagara Center Security is available by notifying any First Niagara Center Representative. The Security Office is located on the Ground Level of the Arena and is accessible from the outside of the building. Security staff wears grey blazers during events.
Service animals are welcomed at First Niagara Center. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve an aisle seat if available.
The First Niagara Center is now a smoke-free facility. In becoming a smoke-free facility, there will no longer be designated smoking areas on arena property and fans will not be permitted to smoke on the grounds during any games or events and includes the use of electronic tobacco products (including e-cigarettes, Nicotine inhalers, etc.). The change in policy reflects local and national trends at sports venues and responds to overwhelming number of fan requests.
"Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of First Niagara Center. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.

First Niagara Center offers tours to groups by reservation only. Groups must be a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 40 people. Tours will be given on Mondays and Tuesdays between the hours of 9:30am - 4pm during the NHL off-season and based on building availability. Email firstname.lastname@example.org at least one week in advance to make a reservation.
Video Board Messages
With a donation of $20 from non season ticket holders and no charge for season ticket holders and mini pack holders, birthday messages will run on the HD Video Board throughout the course of a game. There is a three day advance notification required and requests can be submitted by filing out the online form or by calling Account Services at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273). Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seats are available on all Levels of the First Niagara Center.
Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group with special needs please call the Account Services Office.
For the convenience of our patrons who use wheelchairs, all entrances in the First Niagara Center are wheelchair accessible.
WiFi hotspots are located in various locations through the arena, offering free wifi accessibility. These locations include the 100 Level near the Pour Man's Aud Club, the 200 Level near the Canadian Club and the 300 Level at the top of the east wing escalator. All locations are identified as wifi hotspots.
